Response to COVID-19
In a time when many companies are struggling and/or going bankrupt I want everyone to know that GoPlay Cares. That is the official response from GoPlay Sports. Basically, it means we will always do the right thing and have safety as our top concern. Those of you that have traveled with GoPlay and worked directly through me, or my Director Darren Lyons, or those of you that were planning to travel before the pandemic, please read through our attached company response.
None of our customers lost any money as we basically cancelled future travel for the moment and refunded 95% money and 5% redeemable vouchers.
